The gite sleeps 20 people.

The gite sleeps 20 people in 9 bedrooms.

On the first floor: 10 people in the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
On the second floor: 10 people in the 5 bedrooms with hand basin and bidet, sharing a common bathroom with 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs.

Sleeping arrangements

The gite has 2 additional camp beds and a folding baby bed for you to use.We have no objection to you moving beds between rooms in order to suit your group.For example a family of 4 who want to sleep together.You can even plan your sleeping arrangements at home and Russell will move the beds before your arrival.

The gite must be returned clean

You are asked to return the gite clean, with the rubbish bins empty and any bottles etc taken to the re-cycling bins.There is a rubbish container 5m from the back door of the gite and re-cycling bins 30m away.

If you are unable or do not wish to clean the gite at the end of your stay there is a 100€ charge.
